With uplifting natural light and a glass feature wall, the Cubitt Room provides a contemporary and creative space conducive to team building, creative meetings and private events for up to 12. With a large selection of menus and packages created using locally sourced, fresh produce your selection of choice is freshly prepared daily for your delegates when you book for the whole day (8 hours+) Hourly bookings do not include food and drink options, these can be purchased as extras on the day. Booking must be made more than 24 hours in advance.

Guests may cancel their booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all fees). Workers may cancel their booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding fees). Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the event start time are not refundable.

Once you get to Victoria Station you turn left on Buckingham Palace Road and turn left again when you arrive to Victoria Coach Station. You walk strai ght on St. George’s Drive and the destination will be on the right hand side, on number 37. The Georgian House is a listed period building built in 1851, which means we have to be accommodating to its Victorian design and therefore we do not have any lift facilities. Access to the hotel is via three steps from street level to the front door so unfortunately it is not accessible to guests who are completely wheelchair bound.
